Came by to watch some football and have some adult beverages. Their outdoor staff was awesome and what a way to sit and enjoy some Sunday football but out I. Some fresh air and the Gulf of Mexico behind you, plus with that AJs community love around you. These folks did dinner by donation to give back to the community in Turkey day and have a bunch of community things scheduled for December. Their food is good and they show love back to anyone that loves them. True gulf coast spirit. Have to come here.

This was our first stop on our work trip and it did not disappoint! I had to try out their lobster rolls, which were delicious! Their Cajun shrimp for our appetizer was very good too, and there were plenty to share around the table. It was right before Halloween so everyone was dressed up in costumes which made it even more fun! Also with being right on the ocean it made for such a nice atmosphere! Next time we're in FL we will have to come eat here again.
Sat quickly and our waiter got our order very fast as well. Food was good and we could see the water and the boats right outside. Food was fresh and well made. We enjoyed it thoroughly!
Amazing service and food! We visited on Sunday 9/8 so the Harborwalk was not crowded. We started with oysters and then had the grilled Mahi Mahi lunch. The fish was seasoned and cooked perfectly as were the fries and hush puppies. My husband enjoyed 30a beer on draft and I had the frozen margarita mocktail. So good! The really wonderful thing was our amazing waitress, Llanos. She checked in us frequently and was just so pleasant. Great service. Highly recommend!
I really appreciate this place for accommodating our party of 10! Our waitress was kind and attentive. I got a mocktail drink with no alcohol and it did not taste the best. We also did not enjoy the taste of the water as well. The mozzarella sticks (balls) did not taste the best as well. Although, the Asian steak bowl was very delicious! This place has many tables.
they were so attentive and kind! we have the gumbo, shrimp and grits, fried shirmp and boiled shrimp. The oysters were also extremely fresh and delicious!!
This restaurant is underrated! My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch. My wife ordered the grilled shrimp basket with fries, coleslaw, and 2 hushpuppies! I ordered a cup of red beans and rice with the rice on the side! I also ordered a side of coleslaw. My wife liked the fries a lot! The shrimp were just ok. The hushpuppies had a good flavor. The coleslaw was a standard creamy coleslaw that was just ok too. The star of our meals was the red beans and rice! Red beans and rice is a 5 star dish! The red beans with the andouille sausage was delicious! The red beans had a good amount of sausage. The red beans were flavored well with a variety of spices! The dish has a perfect amount of heat! The red beans and rice is a destination dish here at AJ's. Everyone who visits destin should stop in for the red beans and rice!
